This is a post about whatever my heart desires - Today i will write about graduation. wait ... did i just say graduation ? Thats here already? wow life is flying by so fast i can barely keep up. May 30th is the day all of the seniors walk except maybe me. I am one packet away from being on track to graduate but thats only assuming i have passed all of my current classes.. which I'm not. Im failing at least three classes right now. But i think if i work my but off i can still catch up and graduate. The good news is that i just recently got my eagle scout and i have been called in for an interview for a summer job that pays 12.00 an hr so thats pretty cool. I also just recently went and saw the second g.i. joe movie and i thought it was pretty awesome. Dont worry i won't put any spoilers on here. I would recommend going and seeing it !

Free post- for this post im going to write about the seven hundred and fifty words website. At First i really was mad because its just one of those really annoying things that no one wants to do and i had no idea what to write about. But now that i have been using it for a bit and im actually starting to like it. I just come home and write about my thoughts and feelings and goals and it really just helps me put things into perspective. I like it because the more i do it the more i feel like im becoming a better writer ... even though i completely suck at it i feel like im improving. from now on im going to make it a goal to write 800 words on that website to improve myself even more.
Today i am going to write about the past. I think the most memorable moment in my past is the day  when my grandpa passed away. I was probably about ten years old at the time and its not one of my favorite memories but i learned a lot from it. I remember it like it was yesterday... It was a warm summers day in the month of June. I was playing on the tramp in the back of my house thinking to myself that life is pretty good. When i went into my house i saw my mom and dad both sitting next to our fire place and my dad was crying. This was really weird for me because in all the years i have known my dad i have never seen him cry. not even once.especially when times got hard. My mom looked up at me and said " come sit down, we have something we need to tell you". Me and my parents talked for what seemed like hours. When we were done my head was full of what had happened .. my grandpa was on his death bed and had only hours left to live. So me and my family went down to spring ville to pay him a visit. I am now going to skip ahead a little to the moment right before i saw the light in his eyes dim. My grandpa had a really bad memory and wasn't right in the head sometimes but that night he seemed to have a really clear head. My family all had a turn to talk to him individually right before he went. When my turn came around he told me seven words that i will never forget. He said " never lose sight of who you are". He went on to say that one of his biggest regrets was not staying true to himself. I wont tell the rest of the story but i learned that we should all be true to ourselves and We should all love and cherish our family and tell them we love them often.

Jealousy  is a complete waste of time and is usually wasted on someone who's not worth it in the end. The only person you should be worried about is you and you cant control others actions nor should you be jealous of them. I believe that life is about improving yourself not feeling sorry for yourself because others have it better than you. If your feeling jealous of them its probably cause you haven't worked as hard as them. Good things don't come to those who wait good things come to those who work there buts off. Also don't be jealous of others looks you were born the way you were for a reason so don't stress about it. There is nothing bad about a little jealousy because it motivates you to work harder just don't let it get out of control.

In wikipedia it says Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and  sensations that occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. I once had a dream where i was fighting a scorpion on a tilting platform that shot out acid. I was was wearing spartan armor (not halo armor) and had a rubber spear. Anyways long weird dream short i ended up ... undressed in the forest covered in what seemed to be whipped cream and honey. Thats really the only dream i can vividly remember. I have dreams all the time but just forget them really fast. My brother told me about this thing called lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is basically like being conscious during a dream and being able to control it. He mentioned that there are some techniques to be able to put yourself into a lucid dream so i looked it up and this is what i found. Okay so step one is to ask yourself repeatedly throughout the day "Am i dreaming". If you do it enough you can remember it during a dream then suddenly become aware you are dreaming. Step two is to keep a dream journal. If you keep it by your nightstand and record your dream when you wake up yo can  then can go though it and recognize signs of stuff you dream about often. Step 3 tell yourself you are going to have a lucid dream before you go to sleep. Step four is ... HAVE FUN ! Of course there are more techniques than this but these are the most common.
Embarrassment is just a part of life we all have to endure. Embarrassment is a painful but important emotion. It makes us feel bad so we don't repeat mistakes.  Don't be embarrassed about stuff that is in sync with your values. If you feel embarrassed because someone is trying to peer pressure into using drugs and you don't feel "cool" don't worry because its not something to be embarrassed about. Embarrassment is unavoidable so the best thing you can do is just shrug it off and move pass it. There are however ways you can avoid embarrassment ... basically just use common sense and don't be stupid.
