In wikipedia it says Dreams are successions of images, ideas, emotions, and sensations that occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. I once had a dream where i was fighting a scorpion on a tilting platform that shot out acid. I was was wearing spartan armor (not halo armor) and had a rubber spear. Anyways long weird dream short i ended up ... undressed in the forest covered in what seemed to be whipped cream and honey. Thats really the only dream i can vividly remember. I have dreams all the time but just forget them really fast. My brother told me about this thing called lucid dreaming. Lucid dreaming is basically like being conscious during a dream and being able to control it. He mentioned that there are some techniques to be able to put yourself into a lucid dream so i looked it up and this is what i found. Okay so step one is to ask yourself repeatedly throughout the day "Am i dreaming". If you do it enough you can remember it during a dream then suddenly become aware you are dreaming. Step two is to keep a dream journal. If you keep it by your nightstand and record your dream when you wake up yo can then can go though it and recognize signs of stuff you dream about often. Step 3 tell yourself you are going to have a lucid dream before you go to sleep. Step four is ... HAVE FUN ! Of course there are more techniques than this but these are the most common.
